    Gophin Chemical provides the catalyst used for sulfur recovery process in the Claus production process. Our catalyst can solve the problems of surface area decreasing, activity decreasing, and service life shortening of Claus catalyst.

    EniSorb-102A claus catalyst activated alumina applied in the sulfur recovery process is mainly used to catalyze the claus sulfur recovery technique in which H2S reacts with SO2 to generate pure sulfur.

    EniSorb-102B Because the existing of trace oxygen and organic sulfur in the feed gas will generate sulfate at the working conditions of claus device, the widely used activated alumina sulfur recovery catalyst has obvious disadvantages, that is BET decreasing and activity loss.

    EniSorb-111 claus catalyst activated alumina for Iron oxide sulfur recovery is a high-activity deoxidized catalyst. It mainly consists of activated alumina and activated metal salts. By using this catalyst, the O2 concentration can be decreased to under 10ppm, and the alumina catalyst can avoid acidification.
